📋 Description
- • Drive performance against core demand KPIs including target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation for assigned sales segments.
- • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for key sales segments, from planning and campaign execution to measuring pipeline impact.
- • Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize integrated campaigns that directly influence revenue and sales outcomes.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and sales, translating field feedback on account engagement, follow-up quality, and conversion trends into actionable campaign improvements.
- • Optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic), SEO/AEO, and events based on performance data and attribution insights.
- • Establish and execute a structured testing agenda to evaluate campaign hypotheses, learn from results, and scale high-performing initiatives.
- • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting in partnership with marketing operations to validate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- • Monitor and report regularly on segment-specific and campaign-level performance, using data and sales input to refine targeting, messaging, and channel allocation.
- • Build and refine demand programs in ambiguous environments without fully defined playbooks, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- • Leverage Salesforce and Marketo (or similar platforms) to manage lead flow, campaign automation, and pipeline attribution.
- • Analyze campaign data to connect marketing activities directly to funnel progression and revenue outcomes, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with commercial goals.
- • Partner with sales to understand deal progression dynamics and adjust marketing tactics to accelerate conversion at each stage of the buyer journey.
- • Stay current with emerging GTM automation and AI-driven marketing technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
- • Maintain a commercial mindset focused on how marketing influences deal velocity, win rates, and overall revenue impact.
- • Contribute to a flexible-first culture by working remotely within the United States or from company offices in Oakland, CA or New York City, with in-office expectations of two days per week if located within 35 miles of these offices.
