📋 Description

• As a Demand Generation Manager at dash0 GmbH, you will own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth for an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform, directly impacting the company’s go-to-market success in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
• You will manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and emerging channels; oversee agency performance; optimize landing pages and conversion funnels; own reporting on CAC, CPL, and ROI; forecast budgets; and collaborate with product, sales, and revenue marketing teams to align campaigns with target technical audiences.
• dash0 GmbH is building a developer-centric, AI-powered observability platform that eliminates vendor lock-in, backed by Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, with a remote-first culture and offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich.
• You will develop expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, data-driven marketing optimization, agency management, and full-funnel analytics while gaining direct access to leadership and a clear path for career growth in a fast-moving, builder-focused team.
