  • • As a Media Manager at Cart.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing and optimizing paid media and advertising campaigns across key platforms such as Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, programmatic, paid social, and paid search. Your work will directly impact the growth and visibility of brands ranging from innovative startups to globally recognized enterprises, helping them achieve measurable sales growth through data-driven strategies.
  • • Day to day, you will manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns—from strategy development and setup to ongoing optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting. You will research client businesses, competitors, and target audiences to inform channel selection, budget allocation, and targeting strategies. You will synthesize performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, such as new ad formats or targeting approaches. Collaboration is central to the role, as you will partner with the Brand Management Lead to ensure integrated strategy, creative, and advertising execution, while also guiding cross-functional teams and providing clear direction on client priorities.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in e-commerce advertising, advanced media analytics, and cross-channel campaign management. You will develop strategic thinking and client communication skills by translating complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations. You will gain exposure to enterprise-level clients and cutting-edge ad tech tools, positioning you to grow into a thought leader in commerce media strategy while contributing to the success of high-visibility campaigns that drive real business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of hands-on experience with direct ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing media and advertising campaigns across Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, programmatic, paid social, paid search, and related channels
  • • Proven experience aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and reporting on performance
  • • Professional experience working directly with clients to address challenges and opportunities, and communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • • Strong sense of ownership, drive for results, and ability to thrive in a high-performance culture
  • • Very comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Drive
  • • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
