  • • As a Senior Meta Strategist (Internal Title: Senior Account Strategist, Paid Social), you will be a crucial client-facing role responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders on executing Paid Social deliverables. This role matters because it directly impacts revenue growth for B2B clients in Technology, Industrial, and Services verticals by aligning brand and demand through Directive’s DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology.
  • • Day to day, you will oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts, serve as direct support to client contacts, communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners, build quarterly client strategies, create and optimize paid media budgets, deeply understand client positioning and value propositions, confirm lead routing accuracy in CRM, drive cross-sells and upsells via client relationships, and execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • • You will join Directive Consulting LLC, a leading B2B marketing agency with over a decade of expertise and 420+ B2B brands served, operating through three divisions—Performance, Communications, and Commerce—each designed to share intelligence and align on revenue.   • • In this role, you will gain experience building high-performing Paid strategies for B2B businesses, develop expertise in Programmatic campaigns, strengthen your ability to translate data into compelling stories, enhance your analytical and strategic decision-making skills, and grow your professional network while driving measurable client outcomes such as NSMs (North Star Metrics) and satisfaction scores.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
  • • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads
  • • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more
  • • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions
  • • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
