- • As a Demand Generation Manager at Brellium, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s market presence by building and executing data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue growth in the U.S. healthcare technology sector. This is a foundational role where you will shape the demand generation engine from the ground up, directly impacting Brellium’s mission to improve clinical safety and compliance through AI-powered innovation.
- • You will own end-to-end demand generation initiatives across multiple channels — including outbound email, ABM, gifting, paid media (LinkedIn and Google Ads), and events — designing, testing, and optimizing programs that align with sales objectives and deliver measurable pipeline contribution. Your work will involve close collaboration with sales, RevOps, content, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, accurate attribution, and continuous improvement based on performance insights.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation within a regulated industry, mastering the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to revenue attribution. You’ll gain hands-on experience building scalable processes, experimenting with innovative tactics, and influencing strategic decisions — positioning yourself as a growth leader in healthcare technology marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of demand generation marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- • Experience building and managing outbound programs (e.g., email, ABM, gifting) in a 1:few manner
- • Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM for campaign setup, workflow automation, and performance reporting
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to track key metrics, interpret data, and communicate insights to drive decisions
- • Deep experience owning conference and event execution end-to-end, including planning, onsite logistics, and post-event pipeline reporting
- • Startup-ready mentality: scrappy, self-directed, and energized by building systems from scratch in ambiguous environments
- • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for industry events and customer engagements
