📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with revenue goals and target B2B personas in SaaS or technology markets.
- • Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to translate value propositions into high-performing, conversion-focused campaigns.
- • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), manage lead lifecycle stages, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- • Build and manage detailed campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Analyze campaign performance using funnel metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline value, and ROI to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- • Run A/B tests and experimentation on messaging, channels, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
- • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective execution of campaign components.
- • Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- • Maintain and optimize the tech stack including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, Optimizely, and attribution tools like Bizible.
- • Work fully remotely across US time zones (EST–PST), coordinating daily with cross-functional teams in the US and UK.
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, and Notion to manage workflows, communicate priorities, and drive accountability.
- • Scale demand generation programs in a high-growth environment with a focus on repeatable, measurable, and scalable processes.
- • Support international demand generation efforts by adapting campaigns for global audiences while maintaining alignment with US-centric revenue goals.
- • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations for campaign adjustments.
- • Ensure all demand generation activities are compliant with data privacy standards and aligned with company-wide revenue operations frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
- • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
- • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
- • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions
- • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
