- • As a Dental Field Sales Consultant for Henry Schein, Inc., you will be the primary driver of business growth within your assigned territory in Knoxville, TN. This pivotal role involves managing all Business-to-Business (B2B) sales activities, with a strong focus on cultivating relationships with existing dental practices and aggressively pursuing new customer acquisition.
- • Your core responsibility will be to foster deep, consultative relationships with every account in your territory. This involves understanding the unique needs of each dental practice concerning their business operations, essential merchandise, advanced equipment, and critical services. By consistently engaging in face-to-face interactions and conducting thorough customer business reviews, you will identify opportunities to expand sales across all product categories.
- • You will be held directly accountable for achieving ambitious quarterly and annual Gross Profit (GP) goals. This requires active participation in and diligent execution of key sales initiatives and programs designed to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- • The role demands strategic direction of sales activities within your territory, necessitating the coordination of team selling efforts. You will need to orchestrate sales approaches to effectively meet the complex and evolving needs of the dental industry and its diverse clientele.

- • Key tools at your disposal include Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and predictive sales analytics tools, which you will leverage to optimize your sales efforts and gain valuable insights into customer behavior and market trends.
- • Continuous professional development is expected. You will attend all mandatory sales meetings, participate in dental conventions, seminars, and industry events as directed by your Regional Manager. These events are crucial for promoting sales, building deeper customer relationships, and staying abreast of industry advancements.
