  • • As Director of Product Operations at Availity, you will build and scale operational excellence across the product organization, driving cross-functional alignment, optimizing product development processes, improving planning and governance, and enabling product teams to operate efficiently at scale in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and lead the Product Operations function, establish scalable processes and operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, drive product portfolio planning and roadmap governance, build reporting systems and dashboards to track product performance and operational KPIs, partner with Product leadership to improve decision-making through data analysis, optimize product development lifecycle processes, lead tooling and systems strategy for product management platforms, facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment, identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives, support strategic initiatives including organizational scaling and change management, and manage and mentor Product Operations team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape planning, prioritization, governance, and execution across a complex healthcare technology environment, driving clarity, speed, and alignment at scale. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
  • • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • • Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
  • • Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations.
  • • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
