• • As a Technical Project Manager at Rush Street Interactive, you will drive the delivery of complex, compliance-critical initiatives across the company’s gambling platform, focusing on core systems such as KYC, payments, geolocation, and regulatory integrations. Your work ensures reliable, secure, and compliant execution of user-critical platform capabilities, directly supporting the integrity and scalability of real-money gaming experiences for brands like BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end delivery of platform-focused projects across the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Product, manage dependencies with third-party vendors and internal platform teams, drive multiple concurrent initiatives, proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks in high-dependency environments, and ensure transparency through clear reporting, documentation, and delivery metrics.
