📋 Description

• Strategic leadership role defining global partnership roadmap and serving as operational engine for Airwallex’s partnership network, reporting to VP of Financial & Strategic Partnerships.
• Lead strategy, deal architecture, operating excellence, and executive intelligence for high-impact alliances with Tier-1 banks, card schemes, and enterprise platforms.
• Join a global team of 2,200+ innovators across 26 offices, backed by top investors and valued at US$8 billion, building the future of global payments and financial infrastructure.
• Drive analytical rigor, operational speed, and team development while influencing C-suite stakeholders and shaping Board-ready materials and market intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, BizOps, or Partnership Strategy in high-growth tech or financial services.
• Proven ability to size markets, model deal economics, and translate complex problems into actionable workplans.
• Demonstrated success in building scalable governance mechanisms and leading high-performing strategic teams from the ground up.
