  • • In this critical field-based role, you will serve as a Multi-Location Group Trainer for the New York Metro - Northeast region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead impactful, in-person training sessions designed to accelerate the early clinical success of dental practices utilizing Dandy’s innovative digital dentistry solutions. This position demands a high degree of autonomy and requires up to 85% travel, focusing intently on guiding dental practices through the confident adoption of intraoral scanning and sophisticated digital workflows.
  • • As a trusted clinical advisor, you will engage with dentists, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping teams embrace new technologies, master digital workflows, enhance clinical performance, and achieve rapid, measurable success. This role uniquely blends deep clinical training expertise with robust operational execution and insightful post-training analysis, delivering tangible value at the crucial intersection of training, technology adoption, and practice growth.
  • • **Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching:**
  • • You will be responsible for delivering high-touch, personalized in-person training sessions. These sessions are crucial for supporting dentists and their staff as they transition to and master intraoral scanning and advanced digital workflows.
  • • A key aspect of your role involves providing direct coaching to dental teams based on live observation during training. You will reinforce best practices, offer constructive feedback, and adapt your approach in real-time to align with each practice’s specific goals, current maturity level, and unique operational dynamics.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in driving early case submission rates during the training period. This involves proactively identifying and removing potential blockers, instilling a sense of clinical urgency where appropriate, and consistently building the confidence of the team throughout and immediately following the training engagement.
  • • **Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis:**
  • • You will forge strong partnerships with clinicians and practice leaders, providing ongoing support to reinforce proper scanning habits and facilitate smooth early adoption of the new digital tools.
  • • You will meticulously monitor practice outcomes during the critical first 30 days post-training. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify targeted coaching opportunities and implement interventions to accelerate the path to success.
  • • A vital part of your contribution will be sharing synthesized field insights with internal teams. This feedback loop is essential for informing the development of scalable training resources, refining the overall onboarding process, and continuously strengthening the effectiveness of future training programs.
  • • **Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment:**
  • • You will conduct thorough readiness assessments, evaluating clinical workflows, team structures, and existing equipment. This proactive approach helps to identify and surface potential blockers or risks before they impede training progress.
  • • You will collaborate closely with various internal Dandy teams, such as sales, support, and product, to ensure that all necessary resources, consistent messaging, and appropriate tools are readily available and aligned prior to the scheduled training day.
  • • You possess the ability to customize training strategies dynamically. This involves tailoring the approach based on the specific size of the practice, its inherent complexity, and the unique clinical objectives the practice aims to achieve with Dandy’s solutions.
