- • Lead high-touch, in-person training sessions to support dentists and dental staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows within their practices.
- • Coach clinical teams through live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting training in real time based on practice maturity, goals, and workflow dynamics.
- • Drive early case submission during training by identifying and removing clinical and operational blockers, building confidence, and instilling urgency around digital adoption.
- • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce consistent scanning habits and support successful adoption in the critical first 30 days post-training.
- • Monitor clinical outcomes after training and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success and improve long-term utilization of Dandy’s digital solutions.
- • Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively identify risks or gaps before training begins.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, tools, and logistics are aligned and prepared prior to each training engagement.
- • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, clinical goals, and team composition to maximize adoption and impact.
- • Share field insights and feedback to inform scalable training resources, improve onboarding materials, and strengthen future training programs.
- • Operate independently in the field with agility, adjusting plans dynamically to respond to evolving practice needs and unexpected challenges.
- • Maintain strong communication with senior leaders, clinicians, hygienists, and administrative staff, tailoring tone and approach to each audience.
- • Travel up to 85% of the time to deliver in-practice training across Spain, with frequent national travel required.
- • Demonstrate native or near-native fluency in Spanish and strong knowledge of local dental norms, terminology, and regulatory context; fluency in Catalan is a plus.
- • Maintain English fluency to collaborate effectively with global teams and support international alignment on training standards and practices.
- • Embody a customer-centric mindset focused on helping dental practices achieve measurable success through technology adoption and operational improvement.
- • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to stakeholders at all levels, influencing behavior and driving adoption of digital dentistry solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support
- • Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel
- • 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments
- • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; fluency in Catalan is a plus
- • English fluency required for global collaboration
