- • Dandy Technology, Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing the vast and historically traditional dental industry, a sector valued at over $200 billion. Fueled by investment from leading venture capital firms, our ambitious mission is to streamline and modernize every facet of dental practice operations through innovative technology. As we embark on a global expansion, Dandy is dedicated to building a comprehensive operating system for dental offices worldwide. Our goal is to empower clinicians and their teams with cutting-edge technology, foster a culture of innovation, and provide unparalleled support, enabling them to achieve greater success for their practices, their staff, and ultimately, their patients.
- • In this critical field-based role, you will serve as a Multi-Location Group Trainer, focusing on the West Coast, with a significant emphasis on the Bay Area. Your primary responsibility will be to lead impactful, in-person training sessions designed to accelerate the early clinical success of dental practices adopting Dandy's advanced digital dentistry solutions. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and travel, with an estimated 85% of your time dedicated to being in the field. The core objective is to guide dental practices through the transition to intraoral scanning and digital workflows, instilling confidence and ensuring a smooth adoption process.
- • As a trusted clinical advisor, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including dentists, operational leaders, and executive management. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping these teams embrace new technologies, optimize digital workflows, enhance clinical performance, and achieve rapid, measurable success. This role uniquely blends deep clinical training expertise with practical operational execution and insightful post-training analysis, delivering tangible value at the crucial intersection of training effectiveness, technological adoption, and practice growth.
- • **Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching:**
- • You will be responsible for delivering high-touch, personalized in-person training sessions. These sessions are crucial for supporting dentists and their staff as they learn to effectively utilize intraoral scanning technology and integrate new digital workflows into their daily practice.
- • A key aspect of your role involves providing ongoing coaching to dental teams. This coaching will be informed by direct observation of their practice, allowing you to reinforce best practices, identify areas for improvement, and adapt your guidance in real-time to align with the specific goals and current maturity level of each practice.
- • You will play a vital role in driving the successful submission of initial cases during the training period. This involves proactively identifying and removing any potential blockers, emphasizing the clinical urgency and benefits of digital adoption, and actively building confidence among the team members, both during and immediately following the training.
- • **Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis:**
- • You will forge strong partnerships with clinicians and practice leaders, providing ongoing support to reinforce proper scanning habits and facilitate sustained early adoption of the technology.
- • A critical component of your role is to monitor the clinical outcomes and adoption metrics within the first 30 days post-training. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify targeted coaching opportunities and ensure accelerated success for the practice.
- • You are expected to actively share valuable insights gathered from your field experiences. This feedback loop is essential for informing the development of scalable training resources, refining the onboarding process, and continuously strengthening the effectiveness of future training programs.
- • **Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment:**
- • Before training commences, you will conduct thorough assessments of practice readiness, evaluating clinical workflows, team structures, and existing equipment. This proactive approach helps to identify and mitigate potential blockers or risks before they impact the training or adoption process.
- • You will collaborate closely with various internal Dandy teams to ensure that all necessary resources, consistent messaging, and appropriate tools are readily available and aligned prior to the training day.
- • A crucial aspect of your role involves customizing training strategies to suit the unique needs of each practice. This includes adapting your approach based on the practice's size, operational complexity, and specific clinical objectives, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
