- • Lead new dental practices through Dandy’s onboarding program, delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure rapid and effective adoption of digital dentistry tools.
- • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows during live, hands-on coaching sessions tailored to each practice’s learning style and operational structure.
- • Build clinical trust and credibility with dental teams by providing clear, empathetic guidance that drives confidence in using Dandy’s technology from day one.
- • Own the end-to-end launch process for each practice, ensuring key milestones are achieved and early adoption barriers are proactively addressed.
- • Serve as a post-launch coach, monitoring scan quality and delivering constructive feedback to improve technique and workflow efficiency.
- • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce proper usage, ensure order success, and solidify long-term product adoption.
- • Identify gaps in product usage and initiate targeted follow-ups to close adoption gaps and maximize feature utilization.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share frontline insights and contribute to improvements in the customer journey.
- • Recognize and celebrate early wins with practices to build momentum, reinforce positive behaviors, and strengthen client relationships.
- • Manage multiple training schedules, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints with high organization and accountability.
- • Travel up to 20% of the time to conduct on-site training and support at dental practices across Spain.
- • Maintain fluency in local dental norms, terminology, and regulatory context to ensure culturally and clinically relevant training delivery.
- • Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and the local market language (Spanish), with fluency in Catalan considered a strong advantage.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product features and customer needs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- • Foster a customer-first mindset by being patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented in all interactions, whether remote or in-person.
- • Promote behavioral change through persuasive, supportive coaching that encourages consistent use of digital tools and improves practice outcomes.
- • Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations and uphold Dandy’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in all training interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred)
- • Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows
- • Native or near-native fluency in the local market language (Spanish), with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
- • Fluency in English for global collaboration
- • Excellent teaching and facilitation skills with ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change
- • Highly organized with a track record of owning outcomes and managing multiple customer touchpoints
