- • As a Deployed Engineer at LangChain, you will work directly with customer engineering teams to co-architect and co-build production AI agents that solve real-world problems, moving beyond prototypes to reliable, scalable systems used by enterprises.
- • Your day-to-day will involve designing proof-of-concepts, guiding technical evaluations, deploying and operating agent-based applications (such as conversational and research agents), advising on architecture and best practices, running workshops, and contributing reusable patterns and code based on field feedback.
- • You’ll join a fast-growing, well-funded AI infrastructure company backed by top-tier investors, where your work directly impacts how organizations like Replit, Coinbase, and Fortune 500 firms build and operate AI agents in production.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in applied AI systems, gain end-to-end ownership of customer-facing technical solutions, and shape reusable engineering practices that scale across LangChain’s platform and customer base.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a relevant technical role such as software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment
- • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, along with solid systems fundamentals
- • Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications that go beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
