📋 Description

• The Deployed Engineer role at LangChain is critical to bridging cutting-edge AI technology with real-world customer applications, ensuring that enterprises can successfully adopt and scale LangChain’s agent engineering platform.
• Day to day, the person will work closely with forward-thinking companies to deploy LLM-powered applications, deliver technical demos and workshops, collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate feedback into product improvements, and lead special projects that test and showcase new LangChain capabilities.
• LangChain is a fast-growing AI infrastructure company backed by top-tier investors, whose tools are used by millions of developers and major enterprises including Replit, Coinbase, Workday, and 35% of the Fortune 500 to build production-ready AI agents.
• In this role, the person will deepen their expertise in applied LLM systems, gain direct influence on product direction through customer insights, develop strong technical communication and workshop facilitation skills, and grow as a trusted technical advisor and potential future founder in the AI space.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or customer engineering
• Engineering background with a track record of being a trusted partner to customers
• Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at a developer-focused company
• Comfortable presenting technical best practices to large audiences and leading workshops
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments with an ownership mindset
• Bonus: Familiarity with LangChain or hands-on experience building applications with LLMs
