📋 Description

• As a Deployed Engineer at Cognition, you will be a customer-facing technical expert responsible for helping customers maximize the value of Devin, the world’s first AI software engineer, by leading technical aspects of pre-sales, pilots, and ongoing enablement.
• Day to day, you will own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment to activation, work closely with engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases for Devin, build deep relationships to drive adoption, implement customer-requested features, and act as a product oracle to inform roadmap decisions.
• Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, known for creating Devin and Windsurf, with a small, talent-dense team comprising world-class competitive programmers and former leaders from Scale AI, Palantir, Google DeepMind, Tesla, and other cutting-edge AI companies.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI adoption, technical sales engineering, and product advocacy while solving real-world problems at the frontier of AI-assisted software development and influencing the future of AI teammate collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
• Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills, comfortable discussing complex technical topics with customers at all levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, willing to move fast and grow in scope and responsibility
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn
