- • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for Anduril’s hardware and software products across dispersed Test Sites, ensuring flawless execution and mission readiness.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Test, Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations leads to align deployment schedules, resource allocation, and operational requirements.
- • Own and execute detailed, high-stakes deployment plans that require precision, accountability, and white-glove service with no room for error or rework.
- • Communicate proactively using JIRA, Oracle, Slack, email, and meetings to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of deployment timelines, changes, and deliverables.
- • Problem-solve in real-time to remove obstacles for teams and partners, engaging the right internal resources to resolve logistical, technical, or personnel challenges.
- • Lead and mentor a team of Operations & Logistics Associates, providing guidance on deployment coordination, process adherence, and professional development.
- • Drive continuous improvement of Deployment Operations processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions for evolving product lines and mission needs.
- • Ensure all personnel and hardware are deployed to the correct Test Sites at the precise time required to support critical defense missions globally.
- • Maintain accurate field inventory management and oversee reverse logistics for returned or decommissioned equipment.
- • Balance multiple concurrent complex projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and operational integrity.
- • Travel up to 20% of the time to various Test Sites to oversee deployments, conduct site assessments, and support on-the-ground operations.
- • Operate in a high-growth, high-stakes environment where mission success directly impacts national security and Anduril’s global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management with a focus on international operations
- • Ability to balance concurrent complex projects or tasks
- • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet project milestones
- • Ability to travel 20% of the time to various test sites
- • Must be based in Costa Mesa, CA and work onsite — remote work not considered
- • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance
