- • As a Deployment Strategist at Hippocratic AI, you will play a pivotal role in deploying safe, autonomous clinical AI solutions within life sciences organizations, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and healthcare innovation at scale.
- • Day to day, you will engage onsite with senior client leaders and operational teams to understand critical business problems, identify relevant datasets and workflow bottlenecks, own end-to-end deployments from discovery to optimization, lead training sessions, drive analytics on performance, and serve as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for life sciences accounts.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of engineers, product designers, and fellow Deployment Strategists at Hippocratic AI, a category-defining generative AI company in healthcare backed by $404M in funding and a $3.5B valuation, working alongside pioneers from Stanford, Johns Hopkins, NVIDIA, and leading health institutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in life sciences operations across MedTech, biotech, pharma, and medical devices, shape product roadmap by feeding field insights to Product and Engineering teams, and grow as a strategic advisor who drives adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion while ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, FDA, and EMA standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- • 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting and customer-facing strategy + implementation
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills—comfort with data, metrics, and using analytics to drive decisions
- • Experience with programming, scripting, or analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel)
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences (clinical staff, IT, executives)
- • Ability to travel 25–50%, including overnight and out-of-state trips
