📋 Description

• Deploy ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI technology to solve critical customer challenges across the Middle East by conducting in-depth engagements with enterprise clients to identify pain points and high-impact use cases.
• Design and architect custom, end-to-end integrations of ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI into customer workflows, ensuring seamless alignment with their technical infrastructure and business objectives.
• Collaborate directly with customers’ engineering, product, and executive teams to implement, test, and optimize AI-driven voice and audio solutions in live production environments.
• Build and deliver compelling, hands-on demos of ElevenLabs’ AI models to diverse audiences, including technical developers and C-suite stakeholders, to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
• Synthesize fragmented customer feedback, usage data, and operational constraints into clear product insights that inform feature prioritization and model improvements for ElevenLabs’ core platforms.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between strategic customers and ElevenLabs’ internal Research, Product, and Engineering teams to translate real-world use cases into product enhancements.
• Scope and validate new industry applications for ElevenLabs’ voice AI technology across sectors such as telecommunications, media, banking, and government in the Middle East region.
• Own the full lifecycle of major deployment projects — from initial discovery and prototyping to implementation, monitoring, and refinement — ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Guide customers on best practices for integrating voice and audio AI, including latency optimization, multilingual support, compliance, and reliability standards.
• Present project outcomes, technical findings, and future roadmap proposals to both technical and non-technical decision-makers in structured, persuasive formats.
• Proactively identify scalability bottlenecks and performance gaps in customer implementations, working with Engineering to iterate on model behavior and API functionality.
• Maintain deep familiarity with ElevenLabs’ AI models, API documentation, and integration frameworks to provide accurate, authoritative technical guidance during client engagements.
• Work autonomously across diverse time zones and cultural contexts, adapting communication and deployment strategies to regional business norms and technical maturity levels.
• Leverage AI tools internally to accelerate research, documentation, and demo creation while maintaining the highest standard of quality in all customer-facing outputs.
• Participate in global customer workshops and field initiatives, contributing insights from Middle East deployments to shape the company’s product direction.
• Utilize a co-working stipend if not based near a primary hub, enabling productive, flexible remote work aligned with local infrastructure needs.
• Travel annually to company-wide offsites and meet colleagues in person to strengthen cross-team collaboration and alignment with global deployment strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including student clubs or side projects
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to summarize complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
