- • As Deputy General Manager - Collections at Tide Platform Limited, you will lead the end-to-end collections lifecycle for SME lending products in India, designing and implementing recovery strategies that balance high recovery rates with ethical standards and brand reputation.
- • You will manage third-party collection agencies across India, drive digital transformation through automation and data analytics (WhatsApp, IVR, personalized nudges), ensure 100% compliance with RBI’s Fair Practice Code, and monitor key performance metrics including Roll Rates, Resolution Rates, Cost of Collections, and Net Credit Loss.
- • Tide is a global fintech serving over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with a mission to help small businesses save time and money through innovative banking and administrative solutions. The company operates with over 2,500 employees globally and is committed to diversity, inclusion, and transparent, ethical practices.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SME/MSME collections, regulatory frameworks (SARFAESI Act, Section 138, Lok Adalat), and data-driven recovery strategies while influencing credit underwriting models through collaboration with Risk, Product, and Legal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15 years of experience in Collections/Recovery within the Indian financial landscape (Fintech, NBFC, or Private Banks)
- • Deep understanding of the SME/MSME segment and unsecured lending recovery
- • Expert-level knowledge of Indian banking regulations, SARFAESI Act, and legal recovery processes (Section 138, Lok Adalat)
- • Proven track record of managing large distributed teams and external vendors
- • Comfortable working with CRM tools, LOS/LMS systems, and data visualization platforms (like Looker or Tableau)
