- • A core responsibility will be to strengthen, scale, and strategically lead our design system. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in both visual design and design systems, with a background in hands-on execution as an individual contributor and recent experience in management.
- • Strong expertise in product design art direction and visual storytelling; branding experience is a plus.
- • Deep knowledge of systematic design thinking and building scalable, unified systems.
- • Experience scaling design teams and building cross-functional design operations in high-growth environments.
- • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at C-suite level and represent design externally.
- • Track record of successfully managing and inspiring globally distributed teams.
- • Ability to set strategic design direction and influence stakeholders at the highest level.
- • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- • Familiarity with web3 culture and community is highly desirable.
- • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for effective communication with regional engineering teams.
