📋 Description

• As a Design Engineer at PostHog, you will sit at the intersection of pixel-perfect design and high-velocity engineering, owning the quality and user experience of developer-facing products by turning design intuition into performant, accessible code.
• Day to day, you will polish UX details, build complex UI components like custom filters and date-time pickers, create and maintain a scalable design system, leverage AI tools to augment development workflows, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
• You’ll join the Platform UX team, a small, autonomous group focused on helping developers build better products through exceptional user experience, working closely with design and engineering leaders in a fully remote, async-first culture that values shipping fast and building without meetings.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in frontend engineering and design systems, gain influence over product decisions, and ship high-impact features that delight users by eliminating friction and raising the bar for quality in developer tools.
