- • As a Designer at Darkroom, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and communication strategy of our rapidly growing growth marketing firm. This role is pivotal in translating complex ideas and brand narratives into compelling visual assets that resonate across all major touchpoints, from organic social media campaigns to high-stakes internal and external presentations.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, conceptualizing and executing a wide range of visual materials. This includes crafting engaging content for social media platforms, designing impactful presentations that convey strategic insights, and developing a variety of marketing assets that align with Darkroom's innovative brand.
- • Your work will involve bringing marketing narratives to life, ensuring that every visual element tells a cohesive story and reinforces our brand's unique positioning. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team Design Lead and other cross-functional partners, transforming strategic briefs, copy, and abstract ideas into tangible, visually striking designs.
- • A key aspect of this role is maintaining and evolving Darkroom's visual language. You will ensure consistency across all brand expressions while also contributing to the refinement of our Figma-based brand system. This system is crucial for scalability, clarity, and maintaining a high creative standard across all outputs as the company continues its rapid expansion.
- • You will be expected to think in terms of systems and narratives, understanding how individual assets contribute to a larger visual identity. This involves building a comprehensive visual language that can be effectively extended across various formats and channels, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.
- • The role demands a strong understanding of how design influences perception and behavior, particularly within social and content-driven environments. You will leverage this understanding to create designs that not only look good but also achieve specific marketing objectives and drive measurable results.
