📋 Description

• As a Designer at OLIVER, you will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning and highly effective digital content and marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across the Foods, Refreshment, Home Care, and Beauty/Personal Care sectors.
• You will collaborate closely with clients to translate their brand vision and marketing objectives into compelling creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.
• This role involves taking design projects from initial concept and brief through to final delivery, ensuring all creative output aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• You will be responsible for producing beautiful and innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages (including A+ and Shopalyst platforms), and social media channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
• A key aspect of the role is developing a deep understanding of the client's target demographics and their overarching marketing strategy to inform and elevate your design solutions.
• Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results that have an immediate and positive impact on consumers, effectively promoting products and brands.
• You will work on a wide spectrum of creative deliverables, from intricate e-commerce layouts to dynamic social media content, demonstrating an ability to bring simplicity and clarity to even the most complex design briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of creative experience in digital design or content creation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent aesthetic sensibility and creative execution.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
