• • BJAK is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Motion Designer to spearhead the creative direction and execution of motion graphics across our diverse marketing and product initiatives. This pivotal role involves crafting compelling animated content that not only communicates complex ideas with clarity but also resonates emotionally with our audience, significantly enhancing the BJAK brand presence across all digital and social platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual narrative of our brand, ensuring every piece of motion content is not just aesthetically pleasing but also strategically aligned with our business objectives.
• • As a Senior Motion Designer, your responsibilities will span the entire creative lifecycle. You will take the lead in conceptualizing, designing, and animating motion graphics for a wide array of projects, including dynamic marketing campaigns, informative product explainer videos, engaging social media content, and impactful digital advertisements. This involves developing detailed storyboards, crafting precise design frames, and orchestrating intricate animation sequences that perfectly capture the essence of our creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• • A core aspect of this role is maintaining and elevating the overall design quality. You will be expected to champion creative experimentation, provide thoughtful art direction, and infuse every project with a strong sense of storytelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Product departments, to translate campaign objectives into powerful motion-driven content. Furthermore, you will partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to ensure the production of cohesive and high-quality multimedia content.
• • Presenting and articulating design concepts to stakeholders will be a key responsibility. You will need to effectively communicate your creative vision, justify design choices, and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable creative direction. This requires not only artistic talent but also strong communication and presentation skills.
• • You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire motion production pipeline, from initial concept development through to final delivery. This involves ensuring maximum efficiency, maintaining the highest technical standards, and implementing best practices throughout the workflow. To further streamline future productions, you will be tasked with creating reusable templates and contributing to the development of design systems.
• • Managing multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a balance between creative innovation and timely delivery, will be essential. You will also be expected to proactively troubleshoot any animation, rendering, or visual effects issues that may arise, ensuring the consistent quality of our output.
