You will be instrumental in defining and executing the visual narrative that positions Rain as a trusted and forward-thinking partner for enterprise clients.
• As a Designer with a focus on motion, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, develop, and implement Rain's unique motion language from its inception. This involves establishing foundational principles and comprehensive guidelines that will govern all animated elements, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and impactful brand presence. You will be the architect of how Rain visually communicates dynamism and innovation through movement, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand experience across all platforms and touchpoints. This will include developing reusable animation systems that can be efficiently integrated into various applications and marketing materials, providing a strong and scalable foundation for the Rain brand.
• You will collaborate extensively with the marketing and brand teams to translate the overarching brand vision into compelling motion graphics and high-quality design assets. This partnership is essential for ensuring that every visual element aligns with Rain's strategic objectives and effectively communicates the company's mission to redefine global payments infrastructure. Your work will directly contribute to elevating Rain's positioning as a reliable and sophisticated partner for enterprise-level clients, leveraging the power of motion to convey complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner. This involves bringing a strong, informed perspective on how strategic use of motion can enhance Rain's brand perception and market presence.
• Your day-to-day activities will encompass leading and executing high-quality motion design across a diverse array of touchpoints. This includes creating dynamic visuals for product launches, engaging content for brand campaigns, captivating visuals for events, and eye-catching social media content. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of motion design projects, from the initial conceptualization and storyboarding phases through to the final animation and export of assets. This hands-on approach ensures meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the technical requirements for each specific channel where Rain's brand is represented. You will also be responsible for building animation templates that streamline future content creation and ensure brand consistency.
• Beyond motion, you will actively support and contribute to Rain’s broader brand system. This involves the creation of various collateral materials, including marketing assets, promotional items, and campaign-specific graphics. A key aspect of this responsibility is maintaining an unwavering commitment to consistency and quality across all these materials, ensuring that every piece reflects the high standards of Rain's brand identity. You will be encouraged to explore innovative ways to activate the brand, pushing creative boundaries while upholding the established aesthetic and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a fintech or creative agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
• Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout as they apply to motion.
• Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts (payments infrastructure, stablecoins, APIs) into clear, engaging visuals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear communicator with the ability to advocate for design in cross-functional settings.
• Strong understanding of where AI accelerates great work and where taste, craft, and judgment have to lead.
• Bonus: Experience with Lottie or similar tools.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D / Cinema 4D.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech / crypto.
