📋 Description

• As a Developer Experience Engineer at Chromatic Software Inc., you will bridge engineering, education, and marketing to create compelling technical content that helps developers adopt new tools with confidence, directly impacting product adoption and developer trust.
• Day to day, you will create articles, guides, talks, videos, landing pages, and demos; develop integrations, plugins, and micro-sites; run webinars and workshops; partner with Marketing and Sales to embed developer voice in campaigns; collect field feedback to inform product decisions; and maintain deep technical knowledge to earn credibility with developer communities.
• You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team including a CxO, Marketing lead, and fellow DX Engineers, contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on delivering outcomes through humility, curiosity, and technical excellence.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical communication, developer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration while building a portfolio of impactful developer-facing content and influencing product strategy through real-world feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve built real software and held a developer experience, relations, or equivalent role.
• Extensive front-of-frontend experience (e.g animations, tricky layouts)
• Strong portfolio of technical communication: articles, talks, tutorials, or videos.
• Excellent communication for both developer and business audiences.
• Demonstrable success working with Marketing and Sales on developer-facing campaigns.
• Proven ability to build trust with developer communities.
