- • As the Developer Marketing Lead at Socure, you will own how the company shows up with developer and technical buyer audiences, serving as the primary voice, strategist, and executor for developer-facing go-to-market efforts.
- • You will define and execute a developer marketing strategy spanning awareness, activation, and retention; develop developer ICPs and technical value propositions; create field-ready enablement like integration guides and API playbooks; and partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex AI-driven identity capabilities into compelling technical content.
- • You will partner with GTM and Growth leaders to build campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from technical audiences, drive awareness in developer communities, own technical content programs (blogs, webinars, conference presence), and work with RevOps to define metrics and analyze funnel performance from first touch to activation.
- • You will act as the developer marketing owner during planning cycles and product launches, influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, DevRel, and Marketing, establish KPIs tied to developer signups and API activations, and bring market insights and competitive intelligence into GTM strategy discussions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in developer marketing, product marketing for API/platform products, or technical content strategy.
- • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and product adoption through developer-focused programs and technical go-to-market motions.
- • Strong ability to translate complex, AI-driven or data-centric technology into clear, compelling narratives for technical audiences without losing nuance.
- • Experience partnering closely with engineering and product teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- • Analytical rigor and a track record of tying developer marketing programs to business outcomes (activation rates, pipeline, retention).
- • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
