📋 Description

• A Developer who loves teaching role at PostHog Inc. focused on combining technical content creation with AI engineering to build self-driving AI products and developer tools.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and designing knowledge bases, engineering context pipelines, building AI agents powered by LLMs, creating technical content across multiple mediums (docs, example apps, video explainers), and working on the AI Wizard that onboards thousands of users to PostHog.
• PostHog is a product-led, remote-first company with over 450,000 organizations using its platform, backed by $180M+ in funding, and known for shipping fast, autonomy, transparency, and building ambitious, weird products that act as a co-pilot for developers and AI agents.
• In this role, you’ll learn to bridge human and AI understanding of complex systems, ship production code alongside educational content, build and orchestrate AI agent systems, and gain deep experience in docs-as-code, RAG pipelines, and AI engineering while working with a multidisciplinary team of ex-engineers, writers, and designers.

🎯 Requirements

• Software development experience (formal or informal) with ability to write production code
• Proficiency working with LLMs, coding agents, MCPs, and latest AI engineering tools
• A portfolio of technical content (e.g., personal website, GitHub, YouTube)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience creating educational content for developers
• Opinionated take on what makes great docs for humans and AI
