• • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new talent to build and strengthen the team.
• • Define and evolve the future team structure, including roles like Tech Leads, Technical Product Owners, and specialized Squads, to optimize delivery and innovation.
• • **Hands-on Experience and Technological Transformation:**
• • Provide direct, hands-on technical support and leadership on critical development projects and enhancement initiatives.
• • Spearhead architectural modernization efforts, including a significant transition of the frontend stack to React.
• • Analyze, prioritize, and address technical debt to enhance operational efficiency and system maintainability.
• • Establish and enforce high technical quality standards, including Clean Code principles, SOLID design, rigorous code reviews, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• • Implement best practices for version control and standardize development processes across the team.
• • Evaluate, recommend, and introduce new technologies that drive product innovation and deliver tangible improvements.
• • **Project and Process Management:**
