đź“‹ Description

  • • Write high-quality technical content including blog posts, tutorials, guides, white papers, and solution briefs grounded in real-world DevOps and SRE experience, avoiding marketing fluff
  • • Produce demo videos and screencasts that demonstrate the platform’s functionality in realistic, production-like scenarios with accurate technical workflows
  • • Design and maintain demo applications, proof-of-concept environments, and sandbox systems that allow engineers to interact with and test the product
  • • Build reference architectures and implementation templates for AI-powered infrastructure automation using Terraform and natural language interfaces
  • • Deliver technical presentations at webinars, conferences, and community events to engage practitioner audiences and showcase platform capabilities
  • • Engage actively with DevOps, SRE, and cloud engineering communities on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry forums to gather feedback and stay current with trends
  • • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with product roadmaps, technical capabilities, and customer use cases
  • • Partner with Customer Success to extract and articulate real-world customer success stories and technical use cases into compelling narrative content
  • • Support Sales Engineering with accurate, detailed technical collateral including architecture diagrams, comparison matrices, and deployment guides that withstand rigorous scrutiny
  • • Contribute to open-source initiatives and monitor emerging tools and practices in infrastructure automation, observability, and AI-driven operations
  • • Translate complex concepts in AI SRE — such as autonomous incident remediation and natural language infrastructure provisioning — into clear, accessible explanations for practicing engineers
  • • Maintain and update documentation for managed open-source observability stacks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with real deployment scenarios
  • • Create technical case studies that bridge practitioner pain points with platform capabilities, highlighting reductions in toil, mean time to resolution, and infrastructure provisioning speed
  • • Stay deeply informed about evolving DevOps tooling including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • • Represent the company authentically in developer communities by contributing meaningfully to discussions, answering technical questions, and sharing original insights
  • • Balance technical precision with compelling storytelling to ensure content resonates with both individual engineers and decision-makers without oversimplifying
  • • Continuously refine content strategy based on user feedback, engagement metrics, and evolving industry needs
  • • Work autonomously across time zones to produce consistent, high-impact technical content aligned with a fully remote, LATAM-based distributed team

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong software development background with real coding experience in Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages
  • • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform
  • • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern operational workflows
  • • Familiarity with SRE practices, incident response, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
  • • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures
  • • Proven track record of creating technical content — blogs, videos, documentation, or talks — with a portfolio to demonstrate

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Real influence over the technical narrative of an innovative AI-driven DevOps platform
  • • Collaborative, inclusive team that values engineering depth and authentic communication
  • • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • • Competitive compensation and benefits
