📋 Description
- • Own and operate the organization’s CI/CD platforms, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows
- • Design and standardize pipeline patterns across teams for build pipelines, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure pipelines
- • Ensure CI/CD pipelines are reliable, repeatable, observable, and optimized for performance and execution times
- • Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, defining best practices for repository structure, branching strategies, and promotion workflows (dev → staging → production)
- • Ensure consistent deployment patterns across Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure systems
- • Build and maintain automation using Ansible and Terraform to integrate CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure provisioning systems including MAAS, hypervisors, Kubernetes clusters, storage, and networking
- • Standardize how infrastructure changes are deployed and validated across environments
- • Onboard services into CI/CD pipelines, improve existing workflows, and reduce manual deployment processes across engineering teams
- • Act as a subject matter expert for pipeline design, automation strategies, and deployment best practices, providing guidance and support to engineers
- • Implement monitoring and alerting for CI/CD systems to ensure system health and rapid detection of failures
- • Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues, improving visibility into build outcomes and system performance
- • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, increase deployment velocity, and improve deployment safety without introducing unnecessary complexity
- • Drive standardization of automation and deployment practices across cross-functional teams including DevOps, infrastructure, platform, and development
- • Maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code principles in alignment with high-performance AI compute workloads across multiple data centers
- • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI infrastructure delivery at scale
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
- • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- • Experience implementing and operating GitOps workflows (ArgoCD preferred)
- • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design, deployment strategies, and infrastructure-as-code principles
- • Experience working in Linux-based environments
