- • Design, implement, and maintain secure software factory infrastructure supporting Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) programs in a classified environment.
- • Engineer and automate CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls to ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and NIST frameworks.
- • Administer and optimize virtualized environments using industry-standard platforms such as VMware, Kubernetes, and Docker within secure DoD networks.
- • Integrate automated security scanning tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) into development workflows to enforce DevSecOps practices across all stages of the software lifecycle.
- • Collaborate with government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and mission partners to align infrastructure operations with mission-critical security and availability requirements.
- • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance and security incidents in real-time across distributed, high-availability environments.
- • Implement and enforce configuration management practices using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet to ensure consistent, auditable system states.
- • Maintain documentation of system architectures, security controls, operational procedures, and compliance artifacts for audit and accreditation purposes.
- • Support the transition of legacy systems to modern, containerized, and cloud-native architectures while preserving security posture and regulatory compliance.
- • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and remediation activities in alignment with DISA STIGs, NIST SP 800-53, and other DoD security directives.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 operational readiness and rapid response to critical system outages or security events.
- • Work within a government-contracted environment adhering to strict access controls, data handling protocols, and personnel security policies.
- • Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity personnel to validate patch management, access controls, and network segmentation strategies across the software factory ecosystem.
- • Ensure all infrastructure changes undergo formal change control processes and are approved through established DoD governance frameworks.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging threats and security technologies to continuously improve the resilience and automation of the secure software delivery pipeline.

- • Active DoD Secret Clearance
- • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and integration of security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA)
- • Proven track record in DevSecOps practices within a DoD or federal government environment
