- • The Digital Ad Operations Manager will join iHeartMedia’s Ad Ops team to traffic and manage online display, video, and audio advertising campaigns across audio, display, and mobile platforms, supporting the nation’s leading audio company that reaches 90% of Americans monthly.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include becoming familiar with iHeartMedia’s ad products, completing onboarding training, mastering inventory management and ad serving platforms, taking ownership of accounts to execute campaigns, guiding local markets and Account Management on best practices, preparing performance reports, managing ad inventory, and assisting in developing new ad delivery methodologies.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in digital ad operations across multiple platforms, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard ad tech ecosystems (DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges), strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, and contribute to process improvements that enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum BA/BS degree
- • 3+ years of experience working in digital ad operations
- • Significant exposure and understanding of the online advertising industry across desktop, mobile (web/in-app), video, and display technologies
- • Experience working with Publishers, Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, and DMPs
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage technical partners, peers, and executive management
- • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with a self-starter mindset
