📋 Description
- • The Digital Advertising Strategist role at Pattern, Inc. is critical to driving profitable growth for global brands by managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces, directly impacting revenue and sales performance for strategic accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring paid search campaigns on Google Ads; analyzing and optimizing campaign structure, keywords, bids, and ad copy; managing weekly and monthly budgets; tracking advertising spend and ROAS; communicating insights to clients via email, calls, and meetings; defining strategies aligned with client commercial goals; collaborating with Brand Management, Merchandising, and SEO/Content teams; and training and coaching junior team members.
- • Pattern is a global eCommerce accelerator and double unicorn with over 1,100 employees, working with top brands like Pandora, Skullcandy, and The North Face to scale profitably across websites and hundreds of marketplaces using AI-powered technology and expert marketplace management.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-impact digital advertising for ecommerce, lead campaign optimization that drives measurable commercial outcomes, gain experience managing client relationships and cross-functional collaboration, and build leadership skills through mentoring junior teams while contributing to process improvements and innovation at a fast-growing, data-driven company.
