Location3 Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Analytics Manager to spearhead our entire tracking, analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole architect and owner of how performance is measured, visualized, and trusted across our diverse portfolio of 40+ franchise brands and tens of thousands of campaigns.

You will be instrumental in shaping the data-driven strategies that empower our clients and our internal teams.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass several critical areas:
  • • *Tracking & Tag Architecture:**
  • • Lead all Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations, ensuring robust governance and best practices are maintained.
  • • Deploy and meticulously QA conversion tracking across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft Advertising, and programmatic advertising channels.
  • • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive event tracking for key user interactions, such as form submissions, phone calls, chat initiations, store locator usage, and other critical engagement actions.
  • • Act as the primary escalation point for all tracking-related inquiries, troubleshooting attribution discrepancies, and resolving platform data mismatches.
  • • Develop and enforce clear documentation and tagging standards to ensure consistency and maintainability across all implementations.
  • • *Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Measurement Strategy:**
  • • Architect and manage GA4 properties for our extensive network of 40+ brands, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.
  • • Configure custom events, conversions, audiences, and dimensions within GA4 to align with specific business objectives and client KPIs.
  • • Design and implement comprehensive measurement plans that directly support client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • Implement advanced measurement techniques, including cross-domain tracking and enhanced measurement configurations, to provide a holistic view of user journeys.
  • • Proactively monitor data health within GA4, identifying and flagging potential issues before they impact reporting or analysis.
  • • *Business Intelligence & Dashboard Ownership:**
  • • Lead the integration of GA4 data into Power BI, creating a unified and powerful analytics environment.
  • • Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly Power BI dashboards for both internal stakeholders and client-facing reporting.
  • • Develop specialized franchise and location-level dashboards using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) to provide granular performance insights.
  • • Continuously improve dashboard clarity, drive adoption rates, and enhance the storytelling capabilities of our data visualizations.
  • • Ensure absolute data consistency and integrity across all reporting systems, building trust in the numbers presented to leadership and clients.
  • • *First-Party Data & Platform Integrations:**
  • • Implement and manage Enhanced Conversions for Google Ads and Meta's Conversion API (CAPI) to improve tracking accuracy and leverage first-party data.
  • • Manage offline conversion imports from various CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, bridging the gap between online and offline performance.
  • • Support secure first-party data handling practices and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
  • • Assist in aligning data across different platforms and through API integrations to create a more connected data ecosystem.
  • • This role demands a proactive, self-directed individual who can operate with a high degree of independence. You are not just managing analytics; you are building and owning the entire analytics engine for Location3 Media. Your ability to think systematically, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and employ a structured quality assurance process will be paramount. You will be the calm in the storm of data challenges, a clear communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and the ultimate owner of data integrity and clarity within the organization.
