  • • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, consultants, and client service experts to design, execute, and interpret marketing mix models (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and other advanced analytics solutions that measure the impact of marketing across channels and geographies.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning, validating, and analyzing large-scale marketing and sales datasets using statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL; building and validating econometric models to isolate the impact of marketing initiatives; preparing clear, visually engaging reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders; and supporting the customization and application of Analytic Partners’ proprietary analytics platform to client-specific business questions.
  • • You will participate in end-to-end project lifecycles—from scoping and data onboarding to model development, validation, and delivery of insights—ensuring technical rigor and business relevance at every stage. This includes conducting sensitivity analyses, scenario planning, and ROI calculations to help clients optimize marketing spend and forecast outcomes.
  • • The team operates globally with offices in Dallas, New York, Miami, Dublin, London, Paris, Singapore, Shanghai, Munich, Poznan, Sydney, Melbourne, Charlottesville, and Denver, fostering a collaborative, intellectually curious environment where expertise is shared across borders and time zones to solve complex marketing challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • • 2+ years of hands-on experience with statistical modeling, including regression analysis, time series forecasting, or marketing mix modeling (MMM), preferably in a consulting, agency, or corporate analytics environment.
  • • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization; strong working knowledge of SQL for extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable marketing strategy recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing teams across multiple time zones.
