- • Take full ownership of Instagram as the primary growth channel, driving follower growth, engagement, and reach through authentic, emotionally resonant content tailored to parents
- • Create and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram that feels real and relatable, avoiding salesy tones to build community and trust
- • Maintain a consistent, warm, and non-salesy brand voice across all social media outputs, ensuring alignment with the company’s identity and audience values
- • Handle all aspects of content scheduling, caption writing, thumbnail selection, and publishing to ensure timely and high-quality social media output
- • Build and manage an ongoing network of influencers, parent creators, and UGC contributors, including outreach, coordination, content licensing, and repurposing
- • Develop a sustainable content flywheel that generates consistent, authentic content without relying on external agencies or templates
- • Design and execute a content calendar that balances community building with subscription conversion goals
- • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize content performance using platform-specific metrics and data-driven insights
- • Work asynchronously within a globally distributed team, delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision and clear communication
- • Operate as a self-directed owner: proactively generating ideas, identifying issues, and executing solutions without needing prompting
- • Record and appear on camera for content creation or application video profiles when required
- • Utilize intermediate-to-advanced content creation and editing software to produce polished, on-brand visuals that exceed template-based outputs
- • Manage all digital content workflows using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms
- • Collaborate using async communication tools including WhatsApp, Slack, and Google Workspace to ensure seamless coordination across time zones
- • Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards for influencer partnerships, including proper licensing and disclosure compliance
- • Apply deep understanding of the modern parenting content landscape and US consumer sentiment to inform content strategy and audience engagement
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent English fluency — comfortable writing captions, briefs, and communicating on video
- • A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands (must include links)
- • High visual design competency — polished, on-brand output that goes beyond template-based tools
- • Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs
- • Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating
- • Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and fluency with tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace
