- • As a Digital Customer Success Manager at Employ Inc., you will drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion for the company’s ATS platforms—Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR—ensuring clients maximize value from their talent acquisition technology investments.
- • You will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, conducting regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing platform utilization to reduce churn and increase satisfaction.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product roadmap decisions, and deliver tailored success plans that align with clients’ hiring goals.
- • You will leverage data and usage analytics to proactively identify at-risk accounts, recommend optimization strategies, and scale best practices through digital engagement programs, webinars, and self-service resources.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to HR and talent acquisition leaders, helping them optimize recruitment workflows, improve hiring efficiency, and achieve measurable outcomes using Employ’s AI-powered tools.
- • You will contribute to a customer-obsessed culture by sharing insights, celebrating wins, and continuously improving the customer journey across the entire lifecycle.
- • You will work within a fast-moving, remote-first team that values innovation, accountability, and a people-first mindset, where your efforts directly impact how thousands of organizations hire smarter and faster.
- • You will develop deep expertise in talent acquisition technology, customer success methodologies, and SaaS business models while building strategic relationships with influential HR and recruiting leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS or technology company, preferably serving HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition professionals.
- • Strong ability to analyze usage data, adoption metrics, and customer health scores to drive proactive engagement and retention strategies.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting executive business reviews and training sessions for diverse audiences.
- • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment workflows, or HR technology stacks is highly preferred.
- • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts independently in a remote-first environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
