📋 Description

• As a Digital Designer at Pear Tree, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding creative and digital marketing agency. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional design-led campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive measurable engagement and performance for a diverse portfolio of clients, predominantly within the vibrant wellness and lifestyle sectors. Your contributions will directly impact the success of social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, ensuring our clients stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
• In this pivotal role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide array of creative tasks. You will be tasked with designing compelling social media content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including static posts, engaging carousels, dynamic stories, and eye-catching ad creatives. A significant part of your work will involve producing high-performing paid ad creatives for major platforms like Meta Ads and Google Display, ensuring maximum impact and conversion. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing and building sophisticated email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo, creating EDM assets that are meticulously optimized for both engagement and conversion. You will also need to demonstrate agility by adapting and resizing creatives across a multitude of formats, placements, and channels, ensuring a consistent and effective brand presence everywhere.
• Your role will also involve ensuring that all design outputs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines and align perfectly with specific campaign objectives, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams, navigating an asynchronous workflow that requires clear communication and proactive problem-solving. 🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Figma, specifically in component-based design and collaboration.
• Required proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience in designing and executing email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific design principles for social media content and paid advertising creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret creative briefs, translate them into high-quality design outputs with minimal revisions, and maintain strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working remotely or within an agency environment, coupled with effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Adaptability in design styles across various brands, with a particular emphasis on the wellness and lifestyle sectors.
