  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, managing, and producing design concepts from initial ideation through to final artwork for a diverse range of outputs. You will collaborate closely with a Creative Director and a team of creative professionals, bringing client briefs to life with exceptional design execution.
  • • We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record, ideally from an advertising agency or design firm, who possesses a rich portfolio showcasing outstanding digital and moving image work. Your expertise will be crucial in translating client needs into visually stunning and effective designs.
  • • You will operate within established brand guidelines, meticulously producing design and artwork that meets the client’s brief and adheres to exacting standards. A proactive approach to project management is essential, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency are maintained within agreed timescales.
  • • The expectation for this role is to maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Driving projects from inception to completion, fostering collaboration across teams during ideation, creation, and implementation phases.
  • • Demonstrating strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for a variety of digital touchpoints, including web, e-commerce, social content, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • • Developing compelling design and visual strategies for digital and social advertising initiatives.
  • • Defining and establishing the unique look and feel for a wide array of digital design projects, ensuring brand coherence and impact.
  • • Effectively implementing existing brand guidelines and templates to maintain brand integrity across all deliverables.
  • • Balancing the ability to work under direction with the initiative to propose and develop creative solutions independently.
  • • Presenting your work effectively to internal teams and clients, managing your workload efficiently to meet agreed timings.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
  • • Possessing a deep understanding of what constitutes great content, including best practices for e-commerce, social media assets, and mobile-first design principles.
  • • Taking ownership of the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all your work, demonstrating a keen sense of personal responsibility.
  • • Collaborating effectively with clients and account teams, translating creative briefs into tangible design solutions.
  • • Showcasing your ideas through to execution in your portfolio, demonstrating a clear thought process and design journey.
  • • Embracing a passion for digital trends, interaction design, and animation to create engaging user experiences.
  • • Exhibiting a deep affinity for layout, typography, and the creative process of idea generation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • A rich portfolio showcasing a diverse range of relevant work, including digital banners, social media assets, emails, landing pages, in-store materials, event collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and comprehensive campaign work.
  • • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) and associated prototyping tools, demonstrating a high level of craft in design execution.
  • • Proven experience in brand identity development, visual systems, and campaign identities, with a strong understanding of graphic design principles and web technologies.
  • • Experience working with retail or Health FMCG brands, demonstrating an understanding of sector-specific design considerations.
  • • A passion for digital trends and interaction/animation design, coupled with a deep affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
