- • As a Digital Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing creative ideas to life, crafting compelling visuals that not only capture attention but also drive measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including media and content specialists, to develop and implement creative assets that are integral to A/B testing and other optimization strategies aimed at achieving our clients' business objectives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design and produce a wide array of digital advertising assets. This includes crafting engaging ad sets that are optimized for various social media platforms and designing high-converting landing pages that are informed by data and designed to improve key digital marketing KPIs. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns.
- • A significant part of this role involves creating and editing motion graphics and short-form video content. You will produce dynamic motion graphics and concise video cutdowns specifically optimized for social media advertising, ensuring they are tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This includes adapting existing video assets into high-performing ad units, paying close attention to platform specifications, optimal aspect ratios, and the critical need to capture audience attention within seconds.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with media and content teams to ensure that all motion creative aligns seamlessly with audience insights and overarching campaign goals. This collaborative approach ensures that our creative output is not only visually appealing but also strategically sound and effective.
- • You will also play a vital role in supporting Abe's own marketing efforts. This involves creating compelling creative assets that help our agency stand out in a competitive landscape, showcasing our innovative approach and capabilities.
- • Maintaining brand consistency is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that all static, motion, and video assets adhere to brand guidelines while also demonstrating the creative flexibility to adapt designs for different audience segments and platform nuances. This balance of consistency and adaptability is crucial for effective brand communication.
- • A core aspect of your work will involve collaborating with both internal teams and client teams. You will delve deep into understanding their business goals, target audiences, and specific data points to inform the creation of A/B tests and data-driven designs. This deep understanding allows for the development of highly targeted and effective creative solutions.
- • You will actively participate in designing and implementing A/B tests and other experiments using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg. This hands-on approach to testing and optimization is central to our data-driven methodology.
- • To further enhance our design strategies, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis. The insights gathered from these activities will be used to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- • Continuous iteration and refinement are expected. You will be tasked with constantly iterating and refining designs based on feedback received, data insights generated from testing, and the overall outcomes of optimization efforts. This commitment to ongoing improvement ensures that our creative work remains effective and evolves with user behavior and market trends.
- • Effective project management is essential. You will be expected to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and consistent communication with project management and other internal stakeholders. Providing regular updates on project status, responding promptly to feedback, and ensuring that all stakeholder needs are met are critical components of this responsibility.
