- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bringing creative concepts to life across a variety of high-impact channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your primary focus will be crafting visually compelling assets that not only capture attention and stop the scroll but also demonstrably drive measurable results. - • You will embrace the profound impact of design in performance marketing. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will encompass the design, development, and implementation of creative assets. These assets will be crucial for A/B testing and other optimization strategies aimed at achieving our clients' overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will present a robust design portfolio, exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and demonstrate the capacity to thrive within an agency setting, engaging with exciting enterprise-level brands.
- • Key responsibilities include crafting compelling design assets, such as ad sets and landing pages, that are meticulously backed by data to drive improvements in digital marketing KPIs. You will produce engaging motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns, expertly optimized for social media advertising across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Furthermore, you will skillfully edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring they are perfectly tailored to specific platform specifications, aspect ratios, and audience attention spans.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with media and content teams to ensure that motion creative is strategically aligned with audience insights and overarching campaign goals. You will also play a vital role in supporting Abe’s own marketing efforts by creating compelling creative assets that help us stand out in a competitive landscape. Maintaining brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets is paramount, while simultaneously demonstrating creative adaptability to diverse audience segments and platform nuances.
- • You will engage with both internal teams and client teams to gain a deep understanding of business goals, target audiences, and critical data points. This understanding will directly inform the creation of A/B tests and data-driven designs. A key aspect of the role involves designing and implementing A/B tests and other experiments using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg. To further validate design decisions and gather actionable insights, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis.
- • Continuous iteration and refinement of designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes will be a core part of your workflow. You will be expected to manage multiple design projects concurrently, maintaining effective communication with project management and other internal stakeholders. This includes providing regular updates on project status, responding promptly to feedback, and ensuring all stakeholder needs are met. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design is essential for ongoing success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a specific focus on performance-driven creative and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- • 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing/motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping, with practical experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
