- • The Digital Events Specialist at Paddle.com Market Limited will own and execute the company’s webinar and virtual event program across the full buyer journey, directly contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth by transforming webinars from brand activities into measurable revenue drivers.
- • This role is critical to Paddle’s demand generation strategy, requiring end-to-end ownership of webinar lifecycle management — from ideation and speaker coordination to promotion, live execution, and post-event conversion — ensuring alignment with sales, product marketing, and partnership teams to maximize MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline impact.
- • The person will plan and execute a consistent cadence of high-quality webinars across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages, collaborating with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to develop targeted topics, source and brief speakers, and integrate events into broader campaign priorities.
- • They will design webinars with explicit conversion goals, optimize registration-to-attendance and attendance-to-opportunity rates, and partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure timely, effective follow-up workflows that accelerate lead progression.
- • The specialist will run live and on-demand webinars using best-in-class platforms, prioritizing production quality, attendee engagement, and seamless moderation while experimenting with formats such as panels, demos, workshops, and customer-led sessions to identify high-performing models.
- • They will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Content to align messaging and positioning, with Revenue Marketing on campaign integration and promotion tactics, and with Partnerships to develop co-marketing webinars that expand reach and credibility.
- • Performance optimization is central: the role involves tracking and reporting on key metrics including registrations, attendance, engagement rates, pipeline influence, and ROI, then using data to continuously test and refine formats, channels, messaging, and timing.
- • The specialist will build scalable, repeatable playbooks for webinar execution, enabling consistency and efficiency as the program grows, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail to deliver polished, professional experiences that reflect Paddle’s brand standards.
- • Operating within Paddle’s inclusive, digital-first culture, the role offers autonomy and impact, with the opportunity to shape a strategic channel that directly supports company growth while working remotely or from stylish global hubs.
- • The individual will develop deep expertise in B2B event-driven demand generation, mastering the intersection of content, technology, sales enablement, and analytics — gaining transferable skills in campaign strategy, cross-functional leadership, and performance optimization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in digital events, webinars, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- • Proven track record of executing full-funnel webinars or virtual events that directly contributed to pipeline or revenue generation
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining high attention to detail and production quality
