• • The Digital Learning Designer I creates engaging digital learning experiences for InterVarsity staff, volunteers, and campus leaders to advance the organization’s mission through effective training and spiritual formation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing microlearning modules, online courses, and multimedia content using instructional design principles, collaborating with subject matter experts, managing projects via Wrike, producing audiovisual and graphic assets, and evaluating learning outcomes through data and feedback.
• • InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is a faith-based, mission-driven organization focused on advancing Christian discipleship on college campuses, where this role contributes to equipping leaders through innovative, accessible digital education.
• • In this role, the designer will grow in instructional design expertise, deepen their ability to integrate faith and learning, build a professional portfolio, and develop skills in multimedia production, project management, and data-informed course improvement while serving in a ministry context.
