- • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across PPC, programmatic, and social media channels to drive quantifiable client results.
- • Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy, reporting, and optimization.
- • Collaborate with an international team of 35 professionals based in London to integrate digital efforts across global marketing initiatives.
- • Leverage insights from broader marketing campaigns beyond performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations and enhance client value.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven methodologies to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.
- • Stay current with evolving trends in digital media, advertising technology, and platform algorithms to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
- • Work within a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the London office and two days remote, with flexibility to adjust start and end times within core hours of 10:30–16:30.
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall client marketing goals and global brand initiatives.
- • Contribute to the development of innovative media solutions using data, technology, and creative planning to deliver award-winning campaigns.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to support team growth and agency-wide best practices.
- • Ensure all campaign activities comply with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
- • Present campaign performance and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- • Support the Associate Director in planning team workload, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet business objectives.
- • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

- • Proven experience managing PPC, programmatic, and/or social media advertising campaigns
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a digital marketing team
- • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of managing client relationships and expectations
- • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for results
- • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
- • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with regular in-office collaboration
