- • Growth Hacker at Cogent Security, Inc. is a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s go-to-market engine by turning raw data signals into targeted, high-impact growth plays that drive pipeline and revenue.
- • Day to day, the Growth Hacker will own ICP refinement, design and execute multi-channel growth plays (digital and field), manage lifecycle automation in HubSpot, operate AI agent systems, run rapid experiments, and coordinate event-based outreach with sales and marketing teams.
- • Cogent Security is a fast-growing Series-A AI startup redefining vulnerability management with an AI-native platform, backed by top-tier investors and focused on building a best-in-class GTM motion in cybersecurity.
- • In this role, you will learn to architect sophisticated growth systems, master AI-driven workflows, blend creative and analytical thinking to drive measurable outcomes, and help shape the growth function in a high-impact, early-stage cybersecurity company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Creative, analytical mindset with a get-shit-done attitude
- • Deep HubSpot expertise or equivalent CRM, including experience architecting lifecycle automation
- • Experience in growth at a B2B or PLG company, or background in consulting, banking, biz ops, or chief of staff roles
- • Comfortable working across paid, organic, lifecycle, content, and field channels without siloing
- • Quantitative rigor in conversion modeling, attribution, and experiment design
- • Experience building workflows using AI agents and operating multi-agent systems
