• • The Proposal and Content Marketing Specialist at Fluxx Inc. plays a critical role in supporting the company’s marketing and growth strategy by crafting compelling RFP responses and managing the content library, directly contributing to increased win rates and brand elevation across sectors.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with the Manager, Strategic Campaigns and Proposals to coordinate and execute RFP/RFI responses, managing timelines and submissions, maintaining a centralized proposal content library, adapting content into marketing assets like case studies and web copy, creating response-ready content on topics such as ROI vs. COI and AI roadmap positioning, tracking proposal metrics, conducting Salesforce data entry, and participating in post-submission debriefs and process improvement initiatives.
