- • The Digital Marketing Associate at Vision Service Plan plays a key role in enhancing the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets, directly supporting the company’s digital presence and customer engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include ongoing website development and maintenance, collaborating with web development and UX teams through design, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance phases, translating UX descriptions into cross-browser compatible front-end code, and incorporating SEO tactics into content management.
- • The role involves serving as a website publisher accountable for accurate content and language, implementing and maintaining webpage graphics, themes, styles, and images, and providing web development consultation to other departments.
- • The associate gathers information for needs assessments, supports objective and timeline development for web projects, and works on high-traffic, high-profile websites for enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) platforms.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in digital media production, front-end development, UX collaboration, and SEO, while building leadership skills through cross-departmental project coordination and gaining exposure to enterprise-scale web operations in a regulated healthcare-adjacent environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Media production with experience in Internet technologies, development, and support
- • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- • Experience with audio, video, and multimedia formats, plus art direction experience in both print and digital media
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under urgency, and adapt to changing deadlines and frequent interruptions
- • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-departmental teams and lead design projects to completion
